We can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. 

Our boat is well-equipped with a variety of water sports toys and activities!

The standard package comes with 3 dinners outside!

 Day 1 - 12 H check-in 
Welcome drink, the Captain homemade RUMPUNCH
Lunch - Club sandwich with a green salad 
Dinner: Grilled Red snapper (or the catch of the day )with cauliflower puree and grilled vegetables 
Dessert: Ice-cream 
Happy Hour: drink of the day or just a cold beer 


Day 2 
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, bacon, jam and toast 
Coffee, Tea, Juice
Lunch - Moroccan couscous salad with wraps and dips 
Snack: tortilla chips and homemade tomatoes salsa, smoothies 
Dinner:***Dinner outside ***

or onboard *optional* Mushroom’s risotto with sweet and spicy grilled chicken.
Dessert: Cheesecake with fruits 
Happy Hour: Sunset cocktail 


Day 3 
Breakfast: French toast with fruit and honing 
Coffee, Tea juice,
Lunch: Chicken Caesar salad with homemade rosemary focaccia bread 
Snack: guacamole, carrots, and raw seasonal veggies
Dinner: Freshly caught Tuna with sesame seeds, baked garlic potatoes, and fresh cucumber salad.
Or Greek moussaka with Greek salad 
Dessert – Chocolate mousse 
Happy Hour: drink of the day or just a cold Carib 


Day 4 
Breakfast: Chilled overnight oats with fruit, granola, and honing 
Coffee, tea, Juice 
Lunch: Mediterranean Chickpea salad with Naan bread.
Snack: Chips, nuts, and salty trail mix
Dinner: Grilled Fish/Steak with Caribbean pasta veggies salad 
Dessert: Italian sweets salami with nuts 
Happy Hour: drink of the day


Day 5
Breakfast: Pancakes, bananas, Nutella, jam, Honing
Coffee, Tea, Juice
Lunch :Chopped salad(lettuce, carrots , cucumber, onion,) and fried fish fillets
Snack : Homemade pizza bites- pizza prosciutto arugula 
Dinner: ***Dinner outside ***

Tobago Keys lobster dinner

Day 6
Breakfast: eggs, ham, toast, fruits, and yogurt
Coffee, tea 
Lunch: lentils Dahl with parsley and spinach, garnished with sour cream
Snack; Fresh Italian Bruschetta with tomato and basil

or onboard optional Chicken Cocos curry with rice
Dessert -Tiramisu

Day 7 12 H check out 

late check out on request!
Breakfast: ham, cheese omelets, toast
