Payments & Bookings

​

-25% due at the time of booking

-25% due 180 days before the start date

50% due 30 days before the start date

To reserve a last-minute trip 50 % downpayment is required!

We are at the mercy of the winds and seas. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain, we will be forced to alter any scheduled itinerary

Cancellation Policy​​:

-180 days or more:

10% cancellation fee​ of charter rate

180-45 days:

30% cancellation fee of charter rate

45 days or less:

100% cancellation fee (no refund) 

If we can rebook the same dates or a portion of the dates, the cancellation fee will be refunded pro rata, less a cancellation fee of 10% which covers non-recoverable banking fees

In the event of a Force Majeure cancellation, the guest has the following options:

Reschedule within 12 months 

90% refund of charter rate

Cancel For Any Reason Trip Insurance is highly recommended and can be purchased through a third-party insurance agency
